Wheels do not move at the same speed for Exmark Turf Racer

Hello Folks,

My Exmark Turf Racer is just over 5 years old and I’ve been noticing something with the drive modes for the last month – the wheels on one side of the mower move faster than the other side. This becomes especially pronounced when I travel at speeds above the 4 mph mark. Does anyone here know what could be causing this?

Hey Norman,

I had something similar happen with my Turf Racer about a year ago, it turned out to be an issue with my hydrostatic drive – all I had to do was adjust the speed and the tracking on each side and it fixed the issue, I suggest you try the same. Before this though, make sure that your tires have equal air pressure. If none of these seem to help, there could be some wear to the parts inside the drives. Inspect the components and clear out any debris that may have gathered with time, replace anything that’s been damaged beyond repair. I’d recommend taking the unit to an authorized service center if you’re still having trouble after this.
